Motorcyclists seem happier than people who drive cars–maybe because it’s like flying close to the ground. I have been riding the open road for about forty years and have owned many motorcycles, Bultacos, Harleys, Hondas and Suzukis. I’ve ridden both on and off-road, dirt bikes and cruisers. Whatever the environment, I had a great time and met bikers who became friends. Along the way I ran across tools, touring gear and equipment that I’d not seen before with some road-worthy enough to want on my own bikes. I’ve also heard or read many motorcycling quotes that I could identify with, as a rider, or maybe just made me laugh.
